Will ended up having such a fun 8th birthday. We had asked him what he wanted to do on his birthday besides getting baptized and he had a few specific things. He wanted coffee cake for breakfast. He wanted to take his cousins to the play place at a local Baptist church which we did earlier in the week. He wanted an army fighting cake. He wanted to play with water balloons and then make homeless kits with his cousins. We accomplished all of those activities and it was such a fun day and week celebrating him along with him getting Baptized!
Lots of Baptism-type presents and a few 'fun' gifts as well!
We let him open the scooter earlier in the week so he could use it while his cousins were here.

Making the homeless kits. He loved going to the store and choosing the items and then preparing the bags. He is such a sweet kid.
