Fall Creek Falls

Fall Creek Falls State Park in Tennessee has quickly become a place our family loves to visit! We have been 2 years in a row now and absolutely love it! It's so beautiful, has lots of fun activities and is a pretty close drive from our house! 

 

 

This is the 2nd time we have met our good friends the Deardeuff's and their family (from Winchester) at Fall Creek Falls for the triathlon! This is my first year participating and it was terrible and great at the same time!!

The two families rented cabins right next to each other, we spent the few days swimming, hiking, exploring and playing! So much fun!

We went on a great hike and tried to do some swimming at the cliffs and waterfalls like the previous year, but the water was surging and so powerful so we weren't able to get in at all! 

 

 

Bill and Janet joined us for 1 night/day and helped watched the kids during the race. So grateful they could come up and spend a little time with us! Jameson was such a trooper and spent lots of time watching the activities. He was so tired that he fell asleep sitting up as we were getting ready to leave!  :)
