PEARL HARBOR
This place was amazing! it was so much fun to explore and remember what happened on that terrible day in history.
The day we went it ended up being VERY windy, so they stopped tours out to the USS Arizona. Instead we visited the Bowfin submarine as well as the USS Missouri- they were fascinating to see and explore.... a couple days later we went back to visit the USS Arizona when it wasn't windy :)

| The Bowfin Submarine is in the water in the background |
| The doorways from one part of the submarine to the next were VERY tiny! |

| Up on top on the deck |

| USS Missouri- out on Ford Island |

| Sleeping quarters, there were beds anywhere and everywhere on this ship, basically any place they could find room you could find a couple of beds stacked on top of each other |

| Of course..... had to take a picture in front of the dental room, they had a live in dentist who performed cleanings and dental work all day and all night for the many soldiers on board. Check out the old spit bowl :) Gross! |
| Another day we went and visited Turtle beach on the North shore.... we were super close! At first, I thought the turtles were rocks until they started moving!! |
Hanauma Bay Note to self: although you have good intentions to love snorkeling, you do in fact dislike it, especially when there are waves and you are 2 feet above the reef and you can't see anything.... and salt water tastes terrible, especially when it stings your eyes with contacts in. NOTE TAKEN |

| We also had the great privilege of visiting the Laie Hawaii Temple for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It was beautiful both inside and out. We had a wonderful time visiting and wished we could go back again and again. |

| We visited BYU-Hawaii, and enjoyed walking around campus |
Polynesian Cultural Center What a wonderful place, we had so much fun visited all the "countries" eating at the Luau, and watching the night show which was fantastic!!!! Fire dancers were so awesome! I loved it!! |
| They climbed this coconut tree in a matter of seconds and it was super tall! |
| our native tattoos- which only lasted until they got wet |
| yummy smoothies at the Luau |
| Going back to Pearl Harbor to visit the USS Arizona- this day they had a few Survivors visiting and signing autographs- pretty cool! |

| hitting up a pizza place before boarding our plane to head back to cold, Utah.... :( |
| BUT..... luckily we have the cutest little guy waiting at home for us..... do you like his new Hawaiian outfit!? What a stud! |
