A few weeks ago we headed to the pumpkin patch as a preschool field trip. It was a lot of fun. We all went for a hay ride.... that part was fun besides the fact that they literally had you sitting in loose straw...not hay bales... So we were COVERED in hay by the end of it. Oh well, the kiddies still enjoyed it.
We then were read a Halloween story by a clown

The best part is always the corn kernel pit.
Will had a lot of fun here and began jumping into the pit. rolling around and being super silly. We ended up taking a few kernels home with us as they were tucked into every available spot in his outfit.

We then walked through the haunted forest and corn maze... luckily it wasn't haunted during the day and the kids had no idea it was supposed to be scary. Lets just say I wouldn't have wanted to be there when it got dark.
And lastly... we each got to pick our own little pumpkin to take home!
