Quarantine

When we made it home from our spring break trip I headed to the grocery store late that night..... it was basically empty. We got a few things and will be fine but it's amazing how crazy people can get!!

The first weeks of quarantined life were fun. It rained a lot! So the kids had a lot of fun playing in water and getting multiples pairs of clothes wet/muddy each day.

Jameson is really starting to grow up which is bitter sweet! He is super cute and fun now that he is mobile!

On one of our many, many neighborhood walks/bike rides we discovered this little turtle on the side of the road. It had been hit by a car and I thought for sure it would be dead soon. We kept checking on it during the day and finally decided we needed to do something. After a few phone calls we discovered that Mississippi has a turtle rescue program!!!! We picked him up and took him to a doctors house. She explained how they will fix his shell and that in a few months he should be back in the wild. Kind of cool. The kids LOVED him, many prayers were said for him and when we said good bye there were tears shed by Addison. They named him Lucky since we found him on St. Patrick's Day. Addison brought out lots of stuffed animals to keep him company.

Zoom class with Will's 3rd grade class. He has really been missing his friends and it was so great for him to see and say hi to everyone!

Lots of Lego's, puzzles, coloring, forts, and sleepovers have happened and its been an adventure!

The kids have still been playing with their friends down the street. I helped them make dinosaur cookies, which they thought was amazing!

Apple pie- quarantine eating has been good :)
