| Dale had a work trip to Panama City, Panama and it included a long weekend layover. So I decided to join him and we were able to fly Grandma Heward out to stay with the kids for a few day! I flew down Friday morning and met Dale who had flown in a few hours earlier on his FedEx flight. This is the view from the hotel room! |

| We hit the ground running to try and make the most of our few short days in Panama. We set out walking and exploring and happened upon this awesome sign! |

| Walking the streets of the old town of Casco Viejo! Very charming, old and beautiful! The weather was perfectly hot and humid and we enjoyed every second! |

| We discovered an awesome rooftop restaurant called Tacos La Neta. Tacos were yummy, ambiance was fantastic and the views were pretty nice as well! |
