A Birthday Boy

How is it possible that we have a 2 year old!? I can hardly believe that two years have passed since this sweet little boy was born. But sure enough, he turned 2. 

Will goes to a babysitter 2 days of the week while I work, and his babysitter is the best : ) She made this cute sign that she hung up in her home for the week, made him cookies and gave him a cute little car. So sweet and so thoughtful. Her oldest son was grateful that the talking car was going home with Will because after a couple hours of Will playing with it, he was tired of it..... thankfully there is an on/off switch and Will doesn't realize it : )

I let Will help me make his birthday cake.... he loves to help me bake.

The Linde's came and spent the weekend with us, which was SO fun! We love them and are so glad they came, it made the weekend and Will's birthday that much more fun!

We woke up and went swimming, it was a hot day so it was a nice way to cool off. 

We didn't get a picture but we all enjoyed going to a matinee to see the new Disney Planes movie! It was fun to all go together, and Will did quite well during the movie considering he's still pretty young. Probably won't be doing it again until he's older, but still fun.

Ally was so sweet and wanted to make a birthday crown for William. She colored and wrote happy birthday Will on it. So cute.

Will loved his cake! And Dale captured the perfect picture!

Will's favorite thing is to drive his cars all over.... he could have sat and played with his cake forever, but we wanted to eat it!

My sister and her husband sent Will these ADORABLE army fatigues. They live in Kansas on Ft Riley because Sam is in the Army.... these fatigues are the real deal and they even attached one of Sam's old corporal patches, they are the cutest things ever and I hope because they are a bit big, that he will get to enjoy them for a long time! Thanks again Sam and Heidi!

Such a wonderful birthday, we love this little guy! He is so much fun and has sooo much energy he keeps us on our toes, but we wouldn't have it any other way!
