Yosemite National Park

Friday morning we woke up and headed up to Yosemite National Park! It was a perfect day, beautiful weather and great company. Lacey had never seen a redwood tree before so we started the day off visiting Yosemite's sequoia grove which are cousins to the redwood. These trees are so massive, its incredible to walk through the forest.

Grizzly Giant

Yosemite Valley after the long tunnel!- picture perfect views

Half Dome. Dale had his binoculars in the trunk and we spotted some hikers along the top. We also spotted some rock climbers on El Capitan. After watching some clips on youtube, we figured the rock climbers were on day 4-5 of the climb and were probably only 1/2 way up the wall. Crazy!

Bridalveil Falls

Glacier Point-
Incredible! We stayed for quite awhile because you could never tire of these views.

There were massive waterfalls in the distance. This waterfall is SOOO far away and yet it still looks big from this distance. You could even hear the water falling. Awesome

Will got bored and found himself a tiny pile of sand to play with. The crowds loved it :)

Everything is so beautiful! And leave it to a little boy to find the one spot of sand to play in! My boys would do the same!
