Our little man just turned 3!!!! What?! I can hardly believe it! He is such a fun kid and we have so much fun together. Lately he has really been into firetrucks, sirens, etc etc etc.... So, we decided for his birthday it would be fun to take him to the fire station. : ) After calling and setting it up, we invited some friends to join us who also have little boys and off we went. The three firemen who were on duty were fun to talk to and let the kids explore all over the fire engines, gave them stickers and coloring pages and even pulled the engine out and turned on the lights and siren as they drove it around the block. Will loved it!!!

On his actual birthday we opened gifts, ate lots of cake and went to church.
.....and yes, this kid IS potty trained!!!! woohoo :)

He also helped make his cake.... and then couldn't contain himself and started decorating his new firetruck as well as the cake.
Turned out pretty well... eh?

What a cute kid! We sure love him. He has been telling people he's three for the last month or so, and decided on his birthday that he is now one and tells everyone that he just turned one... kids are so funny. He is still full of energy and learning so much everyday. We're excited to start preschool now that he's potty trained and enjoy learning along with him. Happy Birthday Will!

That's so nice that the firehouse let's you do visits! Looks like Will had a great birthday. He made a haul of cash! I'm glad he liked our card. ;) Super cute cake! Great job!
