Wormsloe Historic Site
This is a beautiful property that they've been able to maintain to give us a little insight to what life was like so long ago. As you enter the property you drive down this long lane that has 400 oak trees. It was dreamy! There is a visitors center and some old ruins with some gravesites. It's a place you can camp and they have re-enactments as well, we saw one guy dressed up, but didn't stop to talk to him.

| We loved all the moss hanging from ALL the trees. So pretty! I also really loved that every 3-4 blocks in downtown Savannah there are these beautiful central parks with huge trees and grass, it made the city so beautiful. |

| The Pirate House, its a restaurant that used to serve legit pirates back in the day. Sounds like they have a lot of legendary stories. |

| Andrew Low house, which was the first Girl Scouts Headquarters. |

| These stairs were steep and had the caution sign that said 'Historic steps, use at own risk'. I loved Savannah and loved walking around and exploring. It was amazing! |

Legend has it that this girl waved to every ship passing by Savannah for over 40 years.

We loved Savannah too. We did a bus tour around the city to see the sites since we were only there for an afternoon and overnight. I wish we could have seen a few things close up like the fountain, but we will next time! We also loved the moss in the trees. We did get to see River Street though. It was fun stopping it the little shops and candy stores to get pralines. Yum!
